We have been a Cherwell customer since 2014. Being that we didn't have the resources to create the system we had in mind, Cherwell hooked us up with one of their partners but that initial relationship just didn't pan out. Then we found out about Excalibur. From our initial meeting, we knew we found our forever Cherwell consultant. We have worked with 3 different team members (not including the owner) and each has been a pleasure to work with. They go the extra mile to learn your business so you don't waste time explaining things over and over. Seems they have been a Cherwell partner forever and there hasn't been a question we've asked that they haven't been able to answer. No, they are not Norton or McAfee but they are excellent! They have helped me since 2019 and I am always amazed at their professionalism. They are extremely patient and save me lots of money. Recently, I had trouble accessing live help (during the huge outage at Microsoft) and they called me at least four times until they reached me. Then they did what they did and told me to get my money back from another company because they had already done the work. I trust them and have been extremely pleased.

They are not Norton or Microsoft, although they represent themselves to be. I received an email saying that Norton had reactivated my account because they said that my identity was being used in Australia. They have multiple phone numbers that they use. When I spoke to the last person, he told me to delete all the phone numbers, I kept them and would be glad to forward the info to the real Norton and Microsoft. They are scammers and thieves, all they want is your money
