They are not Norton or Microsoft, although they represent themselves to be. I received an email saying that Norton had reactivated my account because they said that my identity was being used in Australia. They have multiple phone numbers that they use. When I spoke to the last person, he told me to delete all the phone numbers, I kept them and would be glad to forward the info to the real Norton and Microsoft. They are scammers and thieves, all they want is your money "

Spent 2.5 hrs on phone trying to install Norton Premium security on a MacBook Air 2019 running Big Sur. After multiple installs and re-installs the application could not be activated. In the end, finally frustrated with the process and with the Tech, I decided it was not worth the time and energy. Perhaps this is a good company, but the service provided appeared not up to par with what is expected from a tech support company. Needless to say Micro PC Tech will not be a company I would recommend. "
