I work with various members of Excalibur, and it is a great experience. Their consultants are timely, bring experience and can help create solutions which always meet my requirements. I've been working with them for 5+ years and plan to continue going forward!

We have been a Cherwell customer since 2014. Being that we didn't have the resources to create the system we had in mind, Cherwell hooked us up with one of their partners but that initial relationship just didn't pan out. Then we found out about Excalibur. From our initial meeting, we knew we found our forever Cherwell consultant. We have worked with 3 different team members (not including the owner) and each has been a pleasure to work with. They go the extra mile to learn your business so you don't waste time explaining things over and over. Seems they have been a Cherwell partner forever and there hasn't been a question we've asked that they haven't been able to answer. So, it's probably obvious that I would highly recommend them for your next Cherwell project. I think you'll be pleased with your decision.

Fynydd is a team of very talented problem solvers, keenly skilled in delivering technology solutions. We flat out trust them. The applications, websites, and software they build are rock solid. And, they stand behind their work. In a world where the codebase could be faulty and you wouldn't even know it until it's far too late, Fynydd is the choice that brings peace of mind. #BeyondJustCoders

Cerebra's responsiveness, and the access you get as a customer to its principals are probably its strongest suit. I am also pleased that they maintain high standards for education and licenses of their implementation employees, ensuring a much smoother process for work such as implementations, data migration, custom design or configuration. Overall, I'd say working with Cerebra has been really beneficial and that their success is predicated on the excellent service they provide. Very friendly staff on top of that.

No, they are not Norton or McAfee but they are excellent! They have helped me since 2019 and I am always amazed at their professionalism. They are extremely patient and save me lots of money. Recently, I had trouble accessing live help (during the huge outage at Microsoft) and they called me at least four times until they reached me. Then they did what they did and told me to get my money back from another company because they had already done the work. I trust them and have been extremely pleased.

They are not Norton or Microsoft, although they represent themselves to be. I received an email saying that Norton had reactivated my account because they said that my identity was being used in Australia. They have multiple phone numbers that they use. When I spoke to the last person, he told me to delete all the phone numbers, I kept them and would be glad to forward the info to the real Norton and Microsoft. They are scammers and thieves, all they want is your money
