At Vaccine Systems, we were under time pressure to get our website up as entered an incubator and a grant process for our Covid-19 related medical technology. We engaged RocketFuel on a sizeable marketing project that is listed as a case study on their website.After some time working together, we had prepaid some TV and radio advertisements. After a few months of poor performance, we decided to terminate the relationship.At the time of termination, RocketFuel acknowledged the prepaid funds as a debt to us. After almost a year of submitting it to colections and attorneys, we have still been unable to collect the bad debt.We held off from posting this publicly for a year, but want others to be aware as we have not progressed in the collection.
