Bridger is a product, web and interactive design studio with two practices. The first is interactive sales presentations: custom, delivered as a link that opens on any device, personalized for each recipient, and reporting back what each person read. The second is product design and brand systems for teams shipping software, including the ones whose first version was built with AI. One senior team, never a template.

Sales teams come to us with a deck that works hard and travels badly. A file forks the moment it is sent: three reps attach three versions, a buyer forwards one to people we never meet, and a pricing change in March never reaches the copy someone opened in February. We rebuild that story as one hosted experience. Reps send a link instead of a 40MB attachment, each buyer sees their own name and context, an edit reaches everyone who already has it, and the team can see which screens each stakeholder actually read. The same build embeds on a website and works for training when the audience is internal. When a file is genuinely the deliverable, a board pack or a conference slot, we build that too.

Product teams come to us for a different reason. More and more, the first version was built with AI and it works, but it is clunky, hard to use, and looks nothing like the company that made it. We get in and fix that: learning how people use it, smoothing the parts that fight them, and rebuilding the interface so the type, the spacing and the details read as the brand rather than as the tool. Design systems, prototypes and front-end build when the project needs them.

We use AI throughout our own process and finish the work by hand. If the output reads as generated, it is not done.

We have worked with IBM, Oracle, Citi, American Express, McKinsey & Company, Manulife, Atlassian, Sunrun and Vivint. We also build, run and maintain a product of our own, Admittee, so the trade-offs we recommend are ones we have lived with.
