The Jacknife Team was incredible to work with on our latest corporate build. I am leaving out the name of the organization for confidentiality sake. The team was great with scheduling us to come on site, helping to put us in touch with the client for billing, and updates from the clients on design changes. They have a great team and would routinely set up Zoom calls to discuss any and all changes to the scope/schedule. Their design and build drawings were incredible and easy for my guys in the shop to follow making it a efficient a build as possible. The focus was on structuring the site so that a distressed client can quickly identify their situation and find what they need in plain language. It's organized around the client's experience. We didn't want something that looked identical to every other small law office, but we didn't want to reinvent the wheel either. The site feels familiar and easy to navigate, but the imagery, layout, and attention to details make it feel genuinely "us" and connected to our community in Port Moody, British Columbia. Communication throughout was excellent. We always knew where things stood and the process was smooth. I'd recommend Vivid without hesitation to any law office looking for a quality website built by people who take the time to understand your business.

I'm not impressed. These guys are smart but fairly selfish and will hold you hostage and lock you in. They may build on WordPress but will restrict your account and hide features. They will use a similar template throughout so your pages are not unique and will not rank as well as they could. This also makes it really hard to change and update the pages at a later date. If I'm building a website I'd expect full access to my website. They will hook you into thier hosting which is just Siteground, which is meh at best. If you have an Ads account they will bill you with a mark up. This is the exact thing you should run from. All businesses should own their assets. Don't get locked in by these guys. And oh! This is a real review!
