Extremely judgemental, sad, employees. I recently moved to town and came in after work in my business attire. After getting a confused look from the associate up front, (not even a greeting). I started browsing, but everytime I looked up, I was being stared at which made me slightly uncomfortable. I moved towards the back and an associate there said hello, we had a short chat about comics and trading cards but they were rude to a younger customer that came in, it was unwarranted and I'm assuming either this is the employee's normal behavior or an elitist owner. I also couldn't help but wonder if the associate was under some sort of influence. After noticing the trading card prices are exponentially higher than I'm used to seeing in bigger cities, where that sort of pricing would make more sense; I took my leave not purchasing anything feeling underwhelmed. As I passed the associate up front, they still did nothing but continue to stare. Are they not used to the professional community? The store is tidy and organized but cluttered and the atmosphere/vibe is cold. Also not much of a variety for a hobby store. I would much rather take the trip to Milton Freewater to the hobby store there or even Gamestop would be a better choice. I do not see myself returning in the future.

After that we just adjusted smaller details as requested. Helena really showed her experience, sensitivity for colours and feel for the topic. We worked with Essex-based Qivo on a complete refresh of our Deadline Communications website and couldn’t be happier with the result. While our previous site looked fine, it no longer reflected the quality, scale, or professionalism of our work, and it was built on an ageing CMS that raised concerns around security and maintenance.Qivo took the time to really understand what we needed and delivered a clean, modern, mobile-first site that’s intuitive and easy to use. Our services are now clearly presented, navigation flows much better, and strong calls to action, including quick enquiry routes and click-to-call, make it far easier for visitors to get in touch.From a technical perspective, the focus on speed, accessibility, and usability was excellent. A particular challenge was showcasing our video portfolio without impacting performance and Qivo handled this brilliantly.The whole process was professional, collaborative, fast and well managed from start to finish. In early October, I started wondering whether I should hire a website developer to help build a site for my new family mediation business. I decided to post the job on Bark and received messages from about eight different companies. From the very beginning, Jay understood that I had little experience starting a business or designing a website. He promised to guide me through every step—and he delivered.Jay took the time to explain the entire process, guided me on what I needed to complete, responded quickly to my questions and concerns, brainstormed ideas with me, and did everything possible to ensure I ended up with a website I loved.I’ll admit—I’m particular and detail-oriented. I often reviewed things and sent Jay a slew of messages, sometimes late at night. By morning, Jay would respond with affirming, supportive, and encouraging messages, always happy to make changes or do whatever was needed. His sole goal was to make me happy and deliver the product of my dreams.
