RUN AWAY from this company! Supposedly located in California. They sold me a package to design the branding, website, and social media for my company for $1500.00. "EVERYTHING" for $1500.00. Have paid over $6000.00 and I have NO control over the material I paid for. They send you everything in formats you cannot use or convert. They want to keep a hold of you to keep asking for money!!!!!! NEVER send anything to print through them!!! Ordered some business cards and brochures and have never received the brochures. To this day I have not received a single invoice or receipt of anything of what I have paid, including the design of the logo, the purchase of the domain and many other things. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I believe this company is a criminal enterprise. They are also known as Creative Company and Sketch Profs. Creative Company made a $2,500 unauthorized withdrawal from my checking account. When I protested the transaction, Uptown Logo Design provided a fake receipt, fake transaction and activity logs and fake emails supporting the charge to my account. It was an elaborate and thorough fraud. I'm sure they've used similar fabricated documents before with other people they've ripped off. I reported them to the FTC and FBI.

I cleared the technical round successfully, demonstrating that my skills and experience were not in question. Despite this, the next round with the CEO was not a professional or behavioral assessment — instead, it turned into an extended interrogation about why I left each individual company on my resume, one by one. This is not standard interview practice; a reasonable hiring conversation touches on career transitions briefly, not as a repeated line of questioning across every job change.More concerning: at one point, the conversation moved into asking about my personal political views. This has no place in a professional interview and is not a lawful or standard hiring practice anywhere I'm aware of.Having already cleared the technical bar, I expected the final round to assess culture fit and professional judgment — not to feel like being put on trial for my career choices and personal beliefs. If you're an experienced candidate with a varied career background, go in aware that this may be the kind of scrutiny you face here, and consider whether that aligns with how you want to be evaluated.
