Great customer service with Kinetix, and working with Randy! Most recently, Brandon did an excellent job troubleshooting a very frustrating device issue! After he explained the WHY behind the issue we were up against, we were able to collaborate on what solution would work best, and tried the least disruptive options first. Very appreciative!

Since early 2022, both of our family-run businesses, MJS Law and ChampionPEO, have been collaborating with GRIT. Looking back, I realize that partnering with them earlier would have been highly beneficial.Just this week, we encountered a challenging situation. A former employee had damaged and discarded their company-issued laptop, leaving us in a difficult position. Our records were incomplete, and we couldn't determine the laptop's model or the appropriate deduction from the employee's final paycheck for the unreturned equipment. This is where GRIT, particularly Brenton Z., demonstrated exceptional service. With remarkable speed and efficiency, Brenton retrieved and verified the necessary invoice, receipt, and model number from their records. Thanks to this, we successfully recouped $1,300.00 - an amount we would have struggled to verify independently. This incident is one of many over the years where GRIT's professionals have significantly impacted our daily IT operations. My family and I greatly appreciate their meticulous attention to detail, unwavering professionalism, and swift responsiveness. It's rare to find a vendor whose invoice you’re pleased to pay. GRIT is that rare exception. They are not just a service provider; they're an integral part of our operational success.

GRIT has been our IT company for the past 5 years and they have been great to work and grow with. I appreciate all of the people that help us with our day to day operations from the sales team to the patient technicians. GRIT has helped our company successfully navigate through some issues as well as upgrading our infrastructure. I would recommend GRIT to any business!

Cyber Protect, and its owner Cheyenne Harden, is a wonderful company to work with. Not only is Cheyenne Harden extremely knowledgeable in information, technology, and cybersecurity, but he is also is kind and easy to work with. Him and his company will do everything they can to ensure that your data is secure, protected, and that your technology is running properly. I highly recommend him and his company.

Terrible service. I trusted Cyber Protect LLC to help secure my data, but I still got hacked while under their protection. When I reached out for help, their support was slow, unresponsive, and offered no real solution. They took no accountability and left me to deal with the damage on my own. Completely unreliable and not worth the money. Would never recommend.Edit: Your response is disappointing and frankly evasive. If you have no record of me as a client, maybe that explains why your “protection” failed so miserably. Your slow, unresponsive support and complete lack of accountability left me to deal with the consequences alone. Claiming that neither you nor your clients have ever experienced a breach sounds more like a PR line than reality. If you want to prove otherwise, then start by owning up to your failures instead of brushing off legitimate concerns. Until then, your “enterprise-grade solutions” are nothing but empty words.

Technology can easily make one feel defeated if they're unable to manage it well. With the help of the Kotman Team, especially John Baker, we were able to get my Scan Snap up and running. He was extremely courteous and patient, though hunger may have been on his heels, (he was right about to go to lunch when the issue began), I never felt any resentment or impatience grow towards the situation. Not only did he fix the technical issue, but he took the time to walk me through the different configurations so that way I'd be able to recognize what the settings should look like in the future. I never felt talked down to or silly for not knowing how to work the equipment, but instead felt heard and experienced kindness. Thank you John, for not just fixing the issue, but for passing on your knowledge and insight to the non-tech savvy people like myself. It's people like you who help technology feel more like a friend than a foe. Great job!

"I would give 10 stars if I can. John is super helpful, extremely knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant. He is highly appreciated here. Kotman has all the great professional people in the office. From the person answers the phone all the way to the tech professional and the owners, everyone is willing to help, big or small issues. We all believe at BCP that switching to Kotman is one of the best decisions we made for our business. We so appreciate their services."- Angela Chi, Baker, Chi & Parkey

We genuinely enjoy working with them, and whenever we have a need, they’re quick to jump in and get it handled.
