The company we hired to handle the IT services for our small business sold out to these guys and the service we received plummeted. We were paying a ridiculous monthly fee for managed IT services yet the few times we'd actually need help we would end up on hold forever and not receive calls back when promised. It took them almost two weeks to get a computer connected to our network and over a week to connect a new check scanner.**Edit: They were helpful with the offboarding process to our new IT company. The owner of the old company we had originally contracted with did reach out, which was appreciated. I really still feel that the IT services we were receiving were sub-par.

Automates' technician, Mike P, did an incredible job of getting us through the process. ProTek contacted me after a bad review and I must say they did an outstanding job giving me what I asked for. Definitely a quality company despite not getting off on the right foot! The company says they are more geared to serving corporate clients on retainer, but the company is willing to work with individuals in need of tech support. Jonathan and Jon (two different people) were very helpful in getting me back functioning.

I have been using ProTek IT Solutions for over 10 years now. They came in and solved a major issue remotely that two other local firms in Las Vegas were unable to resolve. They have been handling all of our IT on a remote basis since that time. I only had them physically in my office once since I started utilizing their services in 2014. They are intelligent, they know what they are doing and our computers and servers function fantastic 99.9% of the time. It is still frustrating that other .1% of the time when we have issues, but ProTek jumps in and handles it right away. I highly recommend the use of their services.

Since early 2022, both of our family-run businesses, MJS Law and ChampionPEO, have been collaborating with GRIT. Looking back, I realize that partnering with them earlier would have been highly beneficial.Just this week, we encountered a challenging situation. A former employee had damaged and discarded their company-issued laptop, leaving us in a difficult position. Our records were incomplete, and we couldn't determine the laptop's model or the appropriate deduction from the employee's final paycheck for the unreturned equipment.This is where GRIT, particularly Brenton Z., demonstrated exceptional service. With remarkable speed and efficiency, Brenton retrieved and verified the necessary invoice, receipt, and model number from their records. Thanks to this, we successfully recouped $1,300.00 - an amount we would have struggled to verify independently.This incident is one of many over the years where GRIT's professionals have significantly impacted our daily IT operations. My family and I greatly appreciate their meticulous attention to detail, unwavering professionalism, and swift responsiveness.It's rare to find a vendor whose invoice you’re pleased to pay.
