As an accounting office, keeping client data safe is critical, especially with all the new FTC Safeguards requirements. Whether we're talking about small nuisances around the office or big OMG-type problems, there's always someone available to help.2nd - THEY SPEAK IN LANGUAGE WE UNDERSTAND. This is SO important. When I'm given suggestions about how to stabilize our network and security, they come down to my level. I really do know what they want to do and why.3rd - BNC technicians are HYPER-COMPETENT. We've got one fellow in particular assigned to our account, and we love having him in the building. He's like family. But when he brings in his counterparts to assist with larger projects, it's easy to see that they know their stuff too.Over the years, I've been solicited by a number of different IT companies. All of them want to know why I won't switch and give them a "try out." My reason?TECHNOLOGY IS THE BACKBONE OF OUR SUCCESS. Our network, workstations and security are of paramount importance. I'M NOT GAMBLING WITH THAT.The BNC team is about the best money can buy - and our experience has proven it again and again. Chasing lower "hourly rates" would be akin to stepping over dollars to pick up dimes... We're simply not going to do that.tldr: HIRE BNC FOR YOUR IT SERVICES - it'll help you sleep easy at night knowing your business is in good hands.
