I was in a desperate situation when my sisters broadband was cancelled without any notification. Luckily I called Kunal Jasani to explain the situation. Kunal was extremely professional and courteous to hear us out. He then tailored a plan that suits my sisters broadband needs including working from home. The set up part was super easy and kunal managed to get her broadband working in a total of only 50 mins which can usually take big organisations like Telstra / Optus a good 2/3 weeks to activate . I can’t recommend Madover and Kunal highly to look after their customers. Thanks heaps maye for your assistance .

The company we hired to handle the IT services for our small business sold out to these guys and the service we received plummeted. We were paying a ridiculous monthly fee for managed IT services yet the few times we'd actually need help we would end up on hold forever and not receive calls back when promised. It took them almost two weeks to get a computer connected to our network and over a week to connect a new check scanner. **Edit: They were helpful with the offboarding process to our new IT company. The owner of the old company we had originally contracted with did reach out, which was appreciated. I really still feel that the IT services we were receiving were sub-par.

Our entire network was down: unable to make or receive phone calls; providers unable to access the electronic health records; staff unable to access emails; and staff unable to process referrals. To know Razz Pro, you'll need to know our backstory. Before we met Ty, We were a small construction company with nothing more than a domain name, some mailboxes, and a couple of macbook pros and backup drives. One day, i got a notice saying my mailbox had zero space available. Since then I had to delete 10 old emails just so I can send another 10. Not sustainable at all. I went on apple's site and search for IT firms. Out of the few i reached. Ty was by far the most prepared to figure me out. I could go into detail, but I don't think a good review should spill his trade secrets. Since signing with Razz, we have organized our data, and improved our data security practices. In addition, we are developing solutions to automate our administrative tasks.
