We have our Microsoft 365 set up through JourneyTeam. Have not needed assistance in a long time, perhaps never. However, needed help today as all of my Microsoft applications stopped working despite our subscription still being in effect (I double-checked this). On May 6, 2024, I walked into the ER emergency room on St. Mark's Hospital, which is the nurse she was not really hopeful. Asking for the doctor, she said he's not available for you. Asking for insert medication, she said, I do not have a virus. When I did ask her my third question about five days notes for my work to be off, she said she can't give me more than two days. At the end, they paid me And when I refused to pay that bill, they sent me to debt collection I called billing department, they said we can't do nothing for you. When I called billing collection, they said, do you have to go resolve this issue with St. Mark's billing?

The company we hired to handle the IT services for our small business sold out to these guys and the service we received plummeted. We were paying a ridiculous monthly fee for managed IT services yet the few times we'd actually need help we would end up on hold forever and not receive calls back when promised. It took them almost two weeks to get a computer connected to our network and over a week to connect a new check scanner. **Edit: They were helpful with the offboarding process to our new IT company. The owner of the old company we had originally contracted with did reach out, which was appreciated. I really still feel that the IT services we were receiving were sub-par.

To know Razz Pro, you'll need to know our backstory. Before we met Ty, We were a small construction company with nothing more than a domain name, some mailboxes, and a couple of macbook pros and backup drives. One day, i got a notice saying my mailbox had zero space available. Since then I had to delete 10 old emails just so I can send another 10. Not sustainable at all. I went on apple's site and search for IT firms. Out of the few i reached. Ty was by far the most prepared to figure me out. In addition, we are developing solutions to automate our administrative tasks. Just spoke to Ben about defederating a domain and migrating among other subjects. Ben is extremely knowledgeable with how Godaddy and Microsoft 365 work. If anyone reading this has been to their webpage has seen that Teckpath is a Microsoft Gold Partner so anything Microsoft 365 they can handle! Ben was very nice and extremely knowledgeable. Pricing is straight forward as well. I feel very confident using Teckpath in the future for both of my companies!
