We have our Microsoft 365 set up through JourneyTeam. Have not needed assistance in a long time, perhaps never. However, needed help today as all of my Microsoft applications stopped working despite our subscription still being in effect (I double-checked this).CANNOT GET THROUGH TO A PERSON TO GET ASSISTANCE GOING ON 3 HOURS> HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO GET THROUGH TO ANYONE - not sales, not support, not anyone. Absolute clown show.

On May 6, 2024, I walked into the ER emergency room on St. Mark's Hospital, which is the nurse she was not really hopeful. Asking for the doctor, she said he's not available for you. Asking for insert medication, she said, I do not have a virus. When I did ask her my third question about five days notes for my work to be off, she said she can't give me more than two days. At the end, they paid me And when I refused to pay that bill, they sent me to debt collection I called billing department, they said we can't do nothing for you. When I called billing collection, they said, do you have to go resolve this issue with St. Mark's billing?

Recuiter Rashi Sahu connected me over Linkedin for job opportunity. Online Interview was scheduled for next day. I kept waiting at scheduled time for interview nobody showed up, after 15-20mins i pinged the recuiter over linkedin for which she replied that within next 15 mins they will connect me( i did smell the unprofessionalism).After 15 min online interview started. Interviewer asked about my profile and general questions.( No technical questions). And said they will inform me for next round.After 2 days or so i tried connecting recuiter, as expected no response. I did send email to share the feedback of first round of discussion, again- no response.I am not complaining as i have experienced such unprofessional attitude with recruiter earlier as well in other organisations.So this is just a kind request to all HR teams/recuiters. For you person is just a candidate who may or may not be a perfect fit for your requirement, but for a candidate you are a actual 'HUMAN' resource from whom he expects humble genuine response as your response/feedback helps him to improve and fine tune his upcoming career.Again I am requesting to share my proper feedback. I brought a very difficult prosthetic project to Greg and his son. Specifically, an "Artificially Intelligent Socket" for an artificial limb, and they knocked it out of the park! More than just electrical engineering, they helped me with sourcing boards and batteries too. I did not know enough to even relay my needs to them and they were able to figure it out. I never felt like they were talking down to me either. They also developed an app for me and helped me get it on Play Store and Apple. Great family owned business! I highly recommend these guys.
