In early October, I started wondering whether I should hire a website developer to help build a site for my new family mediation business. I decided to post the job on Bark and received messages from about eight different companies. I scheduled interviews to find the right fit. The first interview I had was with Jay from 3 Ace Technologies—and we hit it off immediately. There was a warmth and confidence about him that made me feel he could bring my vision to life. Still, I kept interviewing. No one else came close. I chose to work with Jay and 3 Ace Technologies. From the very beginning, Jay understood that I had little experience starting a business or designing a website. He promised to guide me through every step—and he delivered. Jay took the time to explain the entire process, guided me on what I needed to complete, responded quickly to my questions and concerns, brainstormed ideas with me, and did everything possible to ensure I ended up with a website I loved. I’ll admit—I’m particular and detail-oriented. I often reviewed things and sent Jay a slew of messages, sometimes late at night. By morning, Jay would respond with affirming, supportive, and encouraging messages, always happy to make changes or do whatever was needed. His sole goal was to make me happy and deliver the product of my dreams. At times, his professionalism, kindness, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile felt almost too good to be true. While my website was under construction, Jay also began working on my social media campaign—a mix of static posts, reels, and carousels. Again, he was incredibly responsive to feedback and designed perfect templates that reflected my brand. He and his team have been amazing with the campaign, and I couldn’t be happier. Oh, and I almost forgot—they also designed my logo and branding, including business cards, all of which I absolutely love! You might think I spent a fortune for all this. Not at all! Their pricing was incredibly fair for everything I received. My experience with Jay and 3 Ace Technologies has been truly incredible. In fact, I’ve already referred a close friend after she saw my website and loved it. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jay and his team to anyone needing digital services. I’ll continue working with them for all my future needs as well. This experience has been amazing from start to finish. I can’t thank Jay and his team enough for turning my dream into reality—with professionalism, kindness, precision, and patience every step of the way.

Our marketing team had a fantastic experience with Modal Digital as they worked with us to get the brand new version of our website up and running. The new site took some time to build as there is over 100+ pages but we got there in the end and it's looking absolutely brilliant! Modal's quote was on the higher side after we spoke with a few different agencies during the discovery phase but they 100% proved why paying that extra bit would be worth it in the long run offering us a way higher return on investment than we could have ever imagine even just within the first 3 months of our new site going live! We worked with Modal on the website for our new company, and the final outcome was spot on. The project took around 2 months in total from start to finish, with the brief being quite complex. We recently commissioned LinkDigital to renew our website and we honestly could not be happier with the end result! In this day and age, lots of marketing and website development companies look the same, and are full of promises so it always feels like a bit of a gamble when you go into contract with one of them, but from the get go we knew from the amount of time and effort the team put into our enquiry that this was a very professional and hard working team. Jack initially handled our enquiry, asked lots of questions of what we wanted and seemed genuinely interested in our business and goals, and he even applied a promotional discount to our website price (which he allowed us to finance over 3 separate payments) before handing us over to the team responsible for building and developing the site, which is where Melissa came in; Melissa was absolutely fantastic and showed the patience of a saint as we added to the site, tweaked things and changed everything from colours right down to text. The site just got better and better as Melissa continued to add various details from photos to links and technical data. We are just absolutely thrilled with the finished article and it is clear to see the amount of time and effort which has went into the site. I would simply finish by saying: if you want a cheap and cheerful website which will be thrown together in a few days, you probably don’t want to use LinkDigital as they take care and time to fully assemble a proper website, which requires input from you the client and lots of information sharing, but once the effort has been put in, you will not be disappointed. Don’t have any doubts, if you employ the services of LinkDigital, you will get a quality product if you decide to go with them, they really care about the quality of what they build as it is essentially their advert for what they create, and their prices are fair when you consider the quality of the product. We would give them 6 stars if we could 😊
