Every item in that proposal was already in the original contract. That proposal was their own written admission that eight months of billing had not delivered what was contracted.When I declined and requested a refund, their formal written response claimed the Scope of Work was fully executed. Their own internal documents list the same deliverables as outstanding in April 2026 that were marked complete throughout the engagement. Both documents are BRJ's. Both cannot be true.Not one specific failure was acknowledged. Not one item of evidence was addressed.Mistakes happen in every agency engagement. What defines an agency is what they do when mistakes are documented and presented. This agency's answer across every avenue, verbal and written was to engage with none of it.Before signing, ask specifically what accountability looks like when contracted work is not delivered. That answer matters more than anything in the sales process.
