West County Net

Paloma was so helpful to me! She is fast and efficient and a great communicator. She understood my issues and went right to it and fixed it. I am so grateful. If I ever need help with my website this is the company I am calling for sure! Thank you so much Paloma! "

West County Net recently helped me to revive and update my old website. I am a visual artist and they took my misfunctioning old website and updated and simplified it so now it is sparkling and working just as I would like it to. They were patient in working with me and diligent in getting the website to function as I needed it to. The follow up training were very helpful and allows me to edit and work on my website myself. They were so helpful and capable I decided to have them host my website so I will know it will be easy to have them help me if needed in the future. I would them recommend them. "

I definitely would not recommend West County. I was noticing a drop in leads for my business and traffic to my site. I had my accounts audited by another agency to see they were wasting money driving irrelevant clicks and my SEO was in decline. When I let them know I was going to try a new agency, this is where I noticed their unprofessional behavior. They started ignoring my calls and emails, would not grant me access to properties that were mine. For all the money I have given them over the years, this is not how I was expecting them to treat me. "

West County is the best team! We have been working with them for years. From the start, the whole team has been super helpful with any questions that have come up. They have walked us through the process of building our business profile on different media platforms. I would highly recommend working with this team. "

Where to start? I can’t begin to say enough good things about West County. I work in marketing with the CPA firm Shea Labagh Dobberstein and every member of the team at West County has been an absolute joy to work with. They have the rare combination of people skills and technical expertise to make your vision come to life in a simple and flawless process. I nearly tore my hair out with our previous website development company which inspired the switchover to West County. It was like waking up from a nightmare to a beautiful, sunny day. This has been one of the best decisions I've made all year, and why I truly appreciate all of their hard work. You can expect great customer service from West County. The best part is that you only have to ask for something once, and can trust it will be done correctly and expediently. I am blown away by our new website and hardly had to lift a finger for anything. Not only have they designed a gorgeous website for my firm, but they have revived and continue to build our presence online with Internet Marketing. Thank you, Stewart, Andrew, Paloma, and the rest of the West County team! I am so fortunate to have found you. "
