Avoid at all costs. There’s a reason this company doesn’t have recent reviews — and we learned the hard way. We hired them based on a recommendation from a roofing expo and deeply regret it. They made big promises and completely failed to deliver. Over the course of four months and nearly $10,000 later, we have absolutely nothing to show for it. They didn’t even ensure our business was fully visible on Google — something so basic was mishandled, resulting in ads that weren’t shown to anyone. They guaranteed we would receive calls. In four months, we received one — and it was spam. We were very clear, both verbally and in writing, about our total budget for ads and services. They ignored it and spent nearly triple our agreed-upon limit. When confronted, they gave excuses and refused to refund us the full amount for their mismanagement. Completely unprofessional, dishonest, and in our experience — a total scam.

Our firm had the privilege of working with First Scribe on a complete redesign of our website earlier this year. When we initially came to First Scribe, our website had not been significantly updated for a couple of years, and when it had been updated, the only modification made was to the color scheme. After meeting with us, First Scribe was able to provide us with several design options and layouts, which were aligned with what we were looking for. First Scribe was able to determine what we would like in a design layout, and they were able to pinpoint precisely what we did not want in our new website. Throughout the process, we did not feel pushed and we were able to take our time to come up with something we all felt comfortable with. The process that First Scribe used throughout our website redesign was very easy to use, and we were apprised of each step as it was being completed. First Scribe also provided us with an estimated timeline of when each aspect of our redesign would be completed. Our project manager, was a wonderful resource for our team, and he and the entire First Scribe team provided great feedback and guidance during our website redesign. Our questions were answered the same day and the entire First Scribe team was very responsive. Although First Scribe has various departments that handle various tasks, they all worked in cohesion. We are now working with First Scribe for our marketing needs, and we could not be happier. We highly recommend First Scribe to anyone that is looking to create or redesign their website, or promote their existing internet presence.
