Antler has shown shockingly poor product quality, and an even worse standard of customer service in dealing with my faulty suitcase and complaint.I purchased a suitcase that arrived in damaged packaging with a small dent, which I initially overlooked given Antler’s reputation for quality, thinking it wouldn’t be an issue. Within two weeks, and after just one careful use, the damage worsened - clear proof it was faulty from the start.Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, I am entitled to a full refund within 30 days for faulty goods. Antler even initially confirmed a refund would be arranged, then reversed this decision and refused to take responsibility, instead blaming me for the damage.This response is not only unlawful, but also makes a mockery of Antler’s heavily marketed “lifetime warranty.” A suitcase that fails after a single use is obviously not durable or fit for purpose.To make matters worse, Antler’s most senior customer service manager has told me this refusal is the company’s “final response” and suggested I should “seek independent advice” to pursue my rights.For a premium brand, this behaviour is disgraceful. I strongly caution anyone considering Antler: the products are not as durable as claimed, the warranty is misleading, and the company does not appear willing to honour basic consumer rights. "

I ordered a suitcase for next day delivery on Tuesday evening. The website clearly states that if you order after 12pm then your order would be delivered on Thursday. When I chased when this might be delivered I was told that it takes 1-3 days for them to process the order first. This is incorrect information based on what is on their website. Even if that were the case I am still waiting to find out when the case will be delivered and no-one is providing a definitive answer. I asked someone to call me and they refuse to call customers. I needed it delivered ready for a holiday. I am not sure why Antler should receive my business now because of this appalling customer service. The claim to be a luxury brand but their customer service does not reflect this at all. "

I received a backpack with a manufacturing defect.I have been writing to customer support for 3 weeks regarding a replacement delivery, which I was promised. Send photos and keep asking (have to chase it up).Today almost a month later they tell me without any reason that it will be refunded and not replaced (by the way, the money is still not refunded).I absolutely cannot recommend this company. "
