BrokenRubik is a digital commerce and technology agency focused on helping companies connect customer experience, commerce, and business operations.

We specialize in NetSuite, SuiteCommerce, Shopify, UX/UI design, integrations, and custom digital solutions. Our work ranges from full eCommerce implementations and redesigns to platform optimization, ERP integrations, headless experiences, and ongoing support.

We combine strong technical expertise with a design-driven approach. That means we look beyond simply implementing a platform: we focus on how customers navigate, buy, interact with content, and move through the entire digital experience, while making sure the underlying systems remain scalable and maintainable.

Our team works closely with marketing, eCommerce, IT, and operations teams to solve complex challenges across the full commerce ecosystem. Whether improving an existing SuiteCommerce implementation, connecting Shopify with NetSuite, modernizing a storefront, or building a custom integration, our goal is to create solutions that are practical, scalable, and built around the way each business actually operates.

At BrokenRubik, we believe the best digital experiences happen when design, commerce, and technology work as one.
