I've been using Computer Assistance for more than 15 years - they've never let me down: consistently excellent and attentive service; and I've always appreciated their ready availability on the phone or in-person - just makes things a lot easier. "

Used this place twice, first time about 3 years ago was brilliant, same day service whilst I waited. This time I had to leave my laptop with them (April 1st...I know!). Took them about a month and a half and couldn't fix the main issue (something to do with the battery charging component, not the battery itself), but they did fix the broken backlight that had been plaguing me for over a year. I wasn't mad about the charging issue (sad as it only runs at partial power as its a gaming laptop), moreso annoyed that I was the one constantly calling for an update, they only called me once unprovoked halfway through the almost 6 weeks they had it. "

These guys are BRILLIANT - took my son's laptop in (Lenovo ideapad), with 3 screws missing on the outside. They also noticed that the inside was loose - took off back panel, replaced screws inside, replaced screws outside, whole thing done in 10min... and then didn't charge me! Really friendly, great service, definitely recommend 👍👍 "
