DesignDivine functioned mostly as a one-man shop until the first programmer was contracted in 2007. At this point, the scope and complexity of DesignDivine projects expanded rapidly with a tilt toward web development.

In 2010, Hilary Clarcq was recruited to increase service capacity and extended graphic illustration capabilities. Hilary is currently a DD9 principal and front-end web developer.

In 2011, after a decade in business, DesignDivine outgrew its name and rented office space and began a transition to a hip new studio with a hip new brand name, DD9. In 2016, we purchased our studio space, giving DD9 a permanent base of operations in NoBo (North Boulder).

In 2017, we partnered with Land & Sea Co., expanding our network of contractors/specialist, and extending our service offerings further into branding, marketing, and copywriting.

Looking forward, DD9 expects strong growth as we take on increasingly sophisticated application development projects and large-scale branding and marketing campaigns.
