TO ABSOLUTELY AVOID!!!!Terrible experience from every point of view.I entrusted a project to this company and I deeply regret it.The timing was unacceptable: 9 months of waiting without obtaining a remotely satisfactory result.The platform provided is slow and inefficient: with just over half of the products loaded (on a contract that talks about "unlimited"), loading a page takes over 20 seconds. Performance was verified using official analytics tools such as GTmetrix, and the results were disappointing.I was handed a site that was claimed to be "complete", when in reality it was missing essential features and the graphics were of questionable quality. After months of postponements, I received only apologies and delays, with continuous problems importing the products.BEWARE OF THE ADVANCES: IN THE EVENT OF NON-COMPLIANCE ON THEIR PART, THEY WILL NOT PROVIDE ANY REFUNDThis point should give serious thought to anyone who is thinking of relying on them.I advise you to evaluate with extreme caution and not to be influenced by reassuring tones or broken promises.Once the contract was terminated, the new, decidedly more professional company took 15 days to complete the project and with SIGNIFICANTLY SUPERIOR, UNCOMPARABLE performances!-----------------------------------------------------------------I am responding to dsi design's responseWhy should we lie? We have no personal interest: our review is purely informative and based on direct experience. The point is simple: with this agency we have not achieved the set objective. Another company, however, managed to satisfy all our requests in two weeks with remarkable performance.Everything that has been delivered to them is the same material that we already provided to you in December. For the graphics, we even had to prepare a detailed document for you, page by page, with precise instructions on what to insert: we delivered it to you on 13 September 2024.All our requests were not defined as customizations but as tools that a basic e-merchandise must offer.At this point, the real question is: why did they manage to achieve their goal in 15 days, and you didn't, not even after months? "

UNFORTUNATELY NOT RECOMMENDED.I would like to express my profound dissatisfaction with the experience I had with the e-commerce site in question. From the beginning, the expectations were those of a reliable, transparent and customer-oriented service, but unfortunately the reality turned out to be very different.Despite numerous attempts at communication and collaboration, the service proved lacking in several fundamental aspects: lack of timely updates, lack of transparency in the operational process and, above all, the absence of a clear commitment towards achieving the agreed final objective.Weeks (or months, if applicable) later, not only was the project not completed, but there was never a real desire to resolve the problems that emerged or to propose effective solutions. This attitude compromised not only the trust initially placed in the platform, but also the timing and company expectations linked to the investment made.In light of the above, I believe it is my duty to publicly report this experience, in the hope that serious measures will be taken to improve the quality of the service and re-establish a minimum level of reliability towards future customers. "
