Very disappointed in the service we have received.Very quick to source and hunt the business initially, (thinking these guys will be brilliant and efficient) however no end of problems since. For two weeks our servers / went down in January 24 and I had to really push to get this fixed. Now again we have problems… the website that has been built has meant all our customers have no confidence as so many problems. I am now at a point for colwithfarmorders.Co.Uk where I write this is off as a business loss and look for a new system. A total waste of money.I was asked persistently for a review which I didn’t give, and wouldn’t give (a video one too!). Now this is the real review.No customer support now ( in fact the what’s app group was removed) and I know I will be contacted to remove this comment like I was when I had to go on on linked in / Facebook last month to try and get our website up and running again when I was chasing. Very disappointing. "
