This experience highlighted a severe lack of professionalism and competence within the interviewing panel. The individuals who interviewed me didn't even have a basic understanding of Spring Boot and the MVC flow. When I attempted to explain these concepts to them, they laughed at me. "

If u guys wanted to keep the position on hold, why the hell u took interviews hours together ? To waste candidates time.
