Im the CTO of Filter, which means that I head up delivery internally, leading the product, development, systems and support teams. My day-to-day involves developing technical solutions to client requirements and solving problems.

Sarah leads delivery at Filter, working with client stakeholders to manage digital programmes and ensure they meet the clients expectations for scope, quality, time & budget. She works to create a culture of collaboration, strong work ethics & high standards of delivery.

Chris draws on over thirty years of software development experience working globally in manufacturing, banking, healthcare, communication, and non-profit sectors. Chris helps lead Filters technical approach across web and mobile platforms ensuring it aligns with the companys strategies.

Jo has been working with cloud and enterprise platforms for two decades and he brings a wealth of experience in building and running complex systems. Our clients value his ability to quickly get to the fundamentals of the issue and work with our development teams to get the job done.
