Our founding principle is simple: earned media compounds, paid media depreciates. The brands that win long-term are the ones that generate coverage, conversation and credibility, not just impressions.
We operate as three integrated capabilities: FORWARD (Earned Media and Strategy), Ferocious (Creative), and Two Palms Media (Social Content and Creator Strategy). This gives clients a single team that moves from strategy through to execution across earned, social and creative without the inefficiency of managing multiple agencies.
Our client experience spans some of the world's most recognised consumer brands including Dove, Kit Kat, Ben & Jerry's, Lynx, Nescafe, Lindt, Vaseline, Magnum, Starbucks, Mattel, and Clorox. Fergus Kibble led the launch of the Dove Campaign for Real Beauty in Australia and New Zealand during his time as Head of Marketing at Unilever ANZ.
In 2026, we launched FORWARD Intelligence, our AI visibility practice. We audit how AI platforms see, cite and recommend brands, then build the earned media strategies to change the answer. Built on proprietary methodology analysing real query data across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews.
