  We hired halo to refresh our existing website. The scope of the project was for Halo to implement a new design, and to overhaul the back end development of the site. The Halo team was great from start to finish. Their onboarding process was smooth and simple. They assigned and awesome project manager who was our sole point of contact throughout the project. he oversaw the progress every step off the way, and had great in depth understanding of our design and development needs. He would send daily progress updates and was very responsive. The site is now completely refreshed and we are thankful to have found Halo.   Halo Labs has worked on improving our React Native mobile app. We had the skeleton of an app, but they were able to do an end-to-end re-design of each of the main pages. Since then, theyve successfully implemented around ~20 different features on our mobile app. We share a spec and design, they provide an estimate and occasionally some design options, then when completed create a PR on GitHub. Their code is well-organized, easy to follow, and rarely do we have to go back-and-forth about bugs. They are also excellent communicators - carefully following threads on Slack, effectively communicating design and engineering tradeoffs, and even producing a 10m Loom video walking through a diagram. Their communication is top-notch.They are super easy to work with even though we are on very different time zones. And, I am impressed at the speed and execution of their development.
