My experience with Impero IT Services Pvt. Ltd. was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for professional IT solutions. From the very beginning, the level of communication and professionalism was far below expectations. The team did not show seriousness in understanding the project requirements, and instead of providing proper guidance, they often gave vague answers or delayed responses.The quality of work delivered was also very poor. The promised timelines were never met, and there were continuous excuses for delays. Even after repeated follow-ups, the output lacked basic quality standards and looked unfinished. It was clear that attention to detail and client satisfaction were not their priorities. On top of this, there seemed to be a lack of proper management within the company, as tasks were frequently mismanaged, creating more frustration for us as clients.Hygiene in working ethics was also questionable – once you sign up with them, the enthusiasm and support drastically reduce. Instead of building a healthy, long-term relationship with the client, their focus seemed to be only on payment. After-sales support was almost nonexistent, and we were left struggling with unresolved issues.Overall, my experience with Impero IT Services Pvt. Ltd. was full of delays, poor-quality work, and unprofessional behavior. There are far better IT service providers in the market who value their clients, deliver on time, and maintain professionalism.
