I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Insigniada Branding Agency. The designer demonstrated unprofessional behavior by abruptly terminating the contract and refusing to issue a refund, despite delivering subpar work that failed to follow the creative brief in any meaningful way. The designs lacked quality, creativity, and attention to detail, with key elements ignored entirely.To make matters worse, communication was consistently rude and dismissive, which only added to the frustration. The designer showed a complete disregard for contractual obligations and took no responsibility for the poor execution of the project.Even more alarming, the designer published my trademarked brand name and all the editorial content I provided for my packaging—before my official product launch. This unauthorized use of my intellectual property forced me to file multiple DMCA complaints on Dribbble, where my trademark was removed on several occasions due to infringement.Overall, my experience was a waste of time, effort, and money. I cannot recommend Insigniada Branding Agency to anyone seeking professional, reliable, or high-quality design services. "
