Intellect IT has been the provider of IT services to our family companies for approximately 23 years. They helped us set up five business locations, established VPN tunnels and networked across three sites and our home. They established our servers and upgraded them in a very timely and proactive manner. On the one instance when we had an emergency, the response was fantastic. Intellect IT is our company's IT support and impressive would be an understatement for their dedication to providing a satisfactory service. I had a bug notification popping up every 5mins (as you can imagine, it would be very frustrating thinking it could be an email) so put a ticket in to have it looked at. Had Amy L do the initial diagnosis then Ryan H after it was escalated. I thought it was done after it stopped bothering me (since Ryan turned the notifications of the bug) but no. It was still happening and little did I know Ryan was actually monitoring it and concluded he's figured it out. It was then resolved in no time. I am no longer bothered by bugs and can get on with my day with no fuss! With that said, Ryan deserves a raise! I believe he's gone above and beyond to have it resolved asap. Thanks Ryan!
