This company has been nothing but amazing to work with. I cannot recommend them enough. Patrick K. has been our main point of contact for the development of our company branding. This has included creating our identity, logos, and product labels. Our project has taken a lot longer than expected to launch due to issues that keep presenting themselves. Some of these issues have resulted in product label adjustments. Every time I have reached out to Patrick within a few days he has fixed the issue, no charge. I think over the course of a year or two, I have asked Patrick to make a handful of small adjustments. Again, every time is no charge and very prompt. How fast the changes were made is what sets this company apart. Throughout this process I have worked with a handful of various companies handling different tasks. I can tell you almost all of them after a certain amount of time has passed or once that final invoice payment was received, we were put on back burner and any follow up questions would take roughly a week...a week just for a response, not the issue being fixed.
