I found an ad on one of the job portals. I sent my CV and after some time they got back to me with questions - about salary expectations, about termination - quite standard - and with a task to do. I heard that "the sooner I do the task, the sooner the recruitment will go" - great, I got determined and did the task the next day, sent it and ... silence. I asked what was going on and was told that "at the moment there is no one to check, because the person responsible is on vacation and will be back on Monday". Ok, it happens. Of course, no one replied on Monday either, I asked on Tuesday and got a reply that "something has changed, and for now they have to suspend recruitment" and that they will get back to me as soon as something opens up. Almost two weeks have passed and no response - neither about the application nor the recruitment.Not a serious company, I do not recommend it to anyone. They waste time and do not even know how to get back to me. No respect for candidates. I understand that the IT market is what it is, but as they say "karma comes back" and I hope people treat this company the same way. "
