We are a US based company located in Shelton, CT. We were founded to help US companies leverage the talented workforce of South Africa. Our team is located in the Cape Town area. At a time when expenses are rising for US companies, both G&A and labor burden, we’re here to help.

We’ve spent a great deal of time figuring out our “Why”. Why do we get up and grind it our for our customers? Why will we do anything to help our team? Why do we deal with the taxes and legal hurdles of being in business? After some discussion it became clear and simple. Our mission is to create employment opportunities and hope in an environment where both can often be scarce. To empower those less fortunate, but whom are very capable and willing.
