Lusona Autonomous is a boutique AI engineering studio based in Montréal. We design and build custom systems for organizations across sectors: AI agents that work by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, and on the web, custom software and platforms, and the automation and data tools that tie them together. Our agents are in production in French, English,h and Spanish.

We start from how your team actually works, test every system against real cases, and keep people in control. The machine should serve the human.

What we build: voice and messaging agents for intake, scheduling, sales and support; workflow automation and integrations between your existing tools; custom platforms, dashboards and real-time monitoring; a grants agent for nonprofits that finds funding, drafts applications in their voice and manages deadlines and reports, with the team reviewing and submitting; and AI implementation consulting.

Founded in 2019 as an augmented-reality studio and refocused on applied AI in 2025, Lusona works with clients in health, real estate, trade, education and professional services, in Canada and abroad.
