I wanted to love Media Junction. I reached out to schedule and was able to get a consultation the next day. I had a great phone call with Kim their VP and was even more excited about our project after my time with her. She told me she would gather some info and get me a proposal within the week. But I never heard back from her. So the following week I emailed her and did not get a response, again the following week I followed back up to see if maybe something had happened or it something was wrong. And still no response. I messaged their main office line and got nothing. A month later I decided I needed to close the loop and reached back out through their website and again was able to schedule a consult the next day. It was with two different people who were both outgoing and kind. They could see in their notes about the horrible communication but they didnt even apologize until I brought the whole thing up. They were able to quote me but after reviewing their quote I was shocked at their inflated prices also under the guise of “discounted”. I believe they would deliver a quality product but it also comes with charging for things you do not need, an inflated oversell of their partnership with HubSpot and with unprofessional and unreliable communication. My takeaway is they dont have the time and energy for our project and rather than saying so they under communicated and overcharged to get that message across.We are so disappointed as we were really hopeful we had found a good fit for our project. "
