I worked with Will and Eric for 18 months. Will was helpful and great to work with.Upon completion of the CAD, I sent the CAD to three U.S. manufacturers. All three told me “the CAD is unmoldable, and several changes would need to be made, to make it moldable.”Modaliti delivered a CAD that did not work. When I called and asked them to fix the CAD, and to make it moldable, they quoted me another $4,000-5,000 to fix it. What?! They simply refused to correct their mistakes or deliver a functional product.I paid my U.S. manufacturer to fix Modaliti’s CAD errors.Modaliti’s CAD design was below the minimum level required for US manufacturing standards. It’s likely why Modaliti pushed me to manufacture in China.I would not recommend. "
