Norval exists for the moment a business owner opens their own website and something is wrong: a white screen after an update, a Google warning that the site is dangerous, a checkout that stopped taking orders, or pages that take ten seconds to load.

How we work
Clients describe the problem in a short online form. We look at the site, reply with what we found, what we will do, and one fixed price, and only start once they say yes. Logins are shared through an encrypted box, never by email, and are deleted when the job closes. Every job ends with a plain-language note of what we changed and why.

What we do
- Website repair: errors, failed updates, broken layouts, forms that stopped sending, sites that went down after a hosting move.
- Security and malware removal: infected files cleaned, the way in found and closed, passwords changed, blacklist warnings lifted, and 30 days of monitoring afterwards.
- Speed: slow pages traced to their real cause and fixed.
- Care plans: tested updates, verified daily backups, uptime and security monitoring, and a short monthly report.
- New websites and rebuilds: on WordPress or a custom build, starting with a paid study so the price is based on the business, not a guess.

Platforms
WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, PHP, Laravel, Node.js, and Next.js.
