I don't even know where to begin with these people. They have an account manager managing accounts and acting as a project manager, and she's far from qualified to do so. It doesn't appear that she even knows the basics project or vendor management. She waits until DAYS before campaigns are to be launched before beginning to work on them. She's highly unorganized and it causes major panic for us as the advertiser - so I can only imagine what the panic is like for them in-house.
