To the Georgia resident that need consultation from a “Certified Tree Arborist” to cut down trees in your yard, that are dead and must go because of landscape needs. The CEO is Mike Rowe (founder of Company), Mike’s son Cecil Rowe who runs the Tree company and keeps it #1 on the southside of metro Atlanta area. We needed an evaluation to check what pine trees were diseased and needed to be cut down, Mr. Cecil Rowe came and checked every tree on our property and gave us a “free” assessment to plan our cutdown process. Mr. Rowe marked the trees to be cut down, trees to be trimmed & a certified arborist opinion for future cut down plans for the remaining trees on our property. On cut down day, Mr. Rowe took his Forman and the cutdown specialists crew over the entire property, showed them the job, took my wife and I over the cut down plan, then Mr. Cecil Rowe took me, my wife, the foreman and the cutdown crew over the job plan so after 3 times we were all on the same page and knew what work needed to be done. They had top of the line tree equipment and mechanical lifts I had never seen on previous tree cutting operations done on my property in the past. All I can say the Professionalism, Superior Customer Service, and the skilled precision cutting down of the trees was A+ in our customer satisfaction. They came in on time at 8:30 am and were finished by a 2:45 pm. All I can say is “WOW”! I could give you more observations of the Rowe Team, but this “Email of Appreciation” would be too long for you to read.
