I recently attended your recruitment process and was surprised by the assessment format. The question paper was set like a 12th-grade commerce exam, with sections for 2-mark, 5-mark, and 10-mark questions, and topics such as preparing a profit & loss account, trial balance, and rectifying errors. The test duration was around 2 hours.While I understand the importance of testing core accounting knowledge, I was expecting questions more related to the practical aspects of invoicing and accounts payable work, as mentioned in the job description. The exam format felt more academic than job-oriented, which made it challenging for candidates with hands-on industry experience but less recent exposure to school-style accounting questions. "

Don’t waste your time with Soft Suave!!!!They may advertise that they’re hiring freshers, but in reality, they rarely hire anyone. If you’re okay with wasting your entire day for nothing, then go ahead and attend their so-called walk-in drive.Here’s what happens:They conduct walk-ins and make you sit for hours, complete assessments, and then, they’ll tell you “we’ll update you later” about the results.Then, you’ll be left chasing them endlessly for feedback or updates.Even if you perform well, they’ll either give you random excuses to reject your application or stop responding altogether.My experience: I cleared all the rounds till L3, and they informed me that the final L4 round would be with the manager. However, I never received any updates after that. When I followed up with the HR, they simply asked me to wait for another week — but even after that, there was no response.Advice: Save your time and energy. Look for companies that respect candidates’ time and effort. "

I attended a Level 3 interview there and spent the whole day at the office. During lunch, they provided me with fried rice, which was a nice gesture ( i gave 5 star especially for this ). The employees there seemed very focused, minding their own work peacefully. When I spoke to someone nearby, even the HR wasn’t strict or formal — she responded very politely and made me feel comfortable. Overall, it was a positive environment.But after a week, my friend who was working there quit the job 🤣 "

Google doesn't allowing me to give zero stars that's why I am giving one....THINK 100 TIMES before trusting themSaying this cuz I am also one of the victim.Gave interview for Java developer...Cleared all the rounds, and because of my LWD in current organisation my joining got delayed...Then they told that they will not provide the offer letter because they will be giving hard copy of the offer letter on the day of joining...but they can send me a confirmation mail... eventually I waited for that mail till last moment.Then one day before the date of joining hr sent me a message in WhatsApp saying ...they will not be able to onboard me....I was shocked and then I asked for the reason...even hr don't know the reason and she simply said that the call should taken by their managers only......Later I came to know that they will not give even 1% importance to work life balance ,They will ask you to work in minimum of three different projects, if you are not agreeing for that then they will FIRE you.....My sincere request for HR team....please don't arrange drives when you are not sure about the requirement..... "

My Interview experience...I have attended a walk-in which has 25 vacancies stated by them in naukri and nearly 250 members have attended on the day I attended the walk-in. I haven't called back. I was able to see walk-in conducted frequently by them like once in a week with the same number of positions. Seems like ghost hiring. "
