I had a disappointing experience interviewing for the Senior SEO Executive and PPC Executive positions at Unibiz Tech in Gurugram. My interview process took a total of 4 hours, of which only 30 minutes were spent in actual interviews (HR and technical). The rest of the time was wasted waiting for senior employees to conduct the second round of interviews.Despite having approximately 3 years of professional experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist, I was informed after the second round that I was not selected. This decision felt particularly unfair when I learned that a fresher, who struggled to fill basic details on the interview form (such as DOJ and company name) with the assistance of the security guard and phone calls to friends, was offered the position at a salary of ₹15,000.I also inquired with the HR before the interview if the company had the budget to match my experience and expectations, to which they assured me they did. However, it became evident that they prioritized hiring a fresher at a lower salary over someone with relevant skills and experience.Additionally, I traveled from Noida to Gurugram, which took me 2 hours, making this experience even more frustrating. The company's lack of professionalism, inefficient time management, and disregard for experienced candidates like me reflect poorly on their recruitment process.I do not recommend Unibiz Tech to experienced professionals seeking serious opportunities. "
