Had bad experience with SEOWerks which is now Upward Engine. Didn't get any of the monthly reporting was suppose to and they tanked my google ad account by doing something that didn't feel was best practices. There idea of working on an account is just uping the ad spend to make sure that it spends what says in contract so can get paid for that month. They did no A/B testing or segment any products. There idea of getting creatives is getting some pictures I had upgraded off my website. Was with them for like 3 months canceled then had meeting and talked me in to staying then go 3 more months and didn't do anything new to account just changed ROAS and tanked my ads and sales dropped $6-8k because of the one change they did to my account then I cancel there GREAT service for good and the ended up costing me anywhere from 5-10K in sales over 3-4 day period because when I cancelled they went in at turned off Search campaign which they was managing for me but they ALSO TURNED OFF MY SHOPPING ADS which they was not managing and had no business messing with and didn't figure it out for like 4 days and like I said cost me thousands in lost sales over those 4 days. They are not bad people just did a terrible job and would say going to do something and fix something and never would. Doing Business with them will cost you twice ...money you pay them and sales you lose when they screw your account up or increasing spend 3 or 4 times daily just to waste ad spend so can show spent certain amount which hardly equates into sales just more ad spend.
