HDB Offroad had a website and it was ok... I met Tom at VectorDefector and he got started cleaning it up. That was 2 ish years ago. I told him you have creative license. His passion wasn't dirt bikes but he "got it" right away. The site looks amazing and on the back end there are a lot of moving parts. We don't sell one product and the build system is complicated. The customer can customize and configure 1,000's of combinations and if the customer makes a mistake the site won't let it happen. The old site I would spend 1-2 hours every morning answering email questions. Now I come in and spend 15 minutes answering questions and then I am free.The best part of working with Vector/Tom is I can call or txt anytime and he is ON IT !!!!! All sites have bugs and we are 100% online sales so if the site stumbles we are in trouble. Again he is on the spot and the problem is solved within minutes.Vector also does our graphic design and email blast. I will have an idea. Sometimes they off the wall but Tom gets my point and develops the visual graphics and does the email campaign. He will send over a concept and he nails the idea first try. We don't go back and forth I looked at August last year vs this year and we are up 25% ish.In short it's painless and I don't how to explain it but I work with other suppliers and they do a great job but it's painful sometimes.
