Not a single call back, not even an acknowledgment!That’s not just bad service—it’s DISRESPECTFUL to potential customers. If you're running a business, the bare minimum is answering your phone or returning messages.Honestly, it felt RUDE and careless. If this is how they treat people before you even walk in the door, I can only imagine what the in-person experience would be like.
