Not want to say much about the company culture etc as it is a startup but something that I want to share and drawn someone attention who is planning to join this organization. I have worked for them almost a year as a BDM and even not taken a single leave or absent throughout my working period, as per their company terms if someone not taking their monthly paid leave they will encashment for earned leave in the year end. but when time came, instead of adding it as encashment to my last working month salary they deducted my salary by 8-10 thousand and pretend that it was my fault and I have to wait almost 3 months for my last salary after leaving the organization.
