Everything looked great on paper but Claire did very little for my business and only fulfilled about 30% of the plan set up in our contract. Everytime I asked her if she had done the task we had set up, there was either a delay or she didn't do it at all and found excuses. I was very disappointed by her lack of professionalisme eventhough she charged me 3k/month. She did a lot of damage for my business and I would not recommend her.

At first I thought they were great but as months went by I realized they were not making my phone ring, just bamboozling me with graphs and numbers each month. When I finally fired them they hit me with a two-month cancelation fee which I had missed in the original contract I agreed to. They negotiated it down to one quarter of that but I still feel thoroughly ripped off. Ines talks a really good story, don't get taken in. Worst part- I agreed to pay that final amount in two parts but was unable to make the second payment on time so they went ahead, without my permission and charged my credit card. No authorization this time, they just hit my card. BEWARE!

I had an extremely unpleasant experience with this real estate agency. Firstly, they charge additional fees for services that should be included in the standard commission. As a buyer, I felt exploited because they tried to add extra costs for the same process, even though I already had a specialist. It is unacceptable how they attempt to take advantage of clients who are already in a vulnerable position and in need of a property.I strongly recommend avoiding this agency. They are not worth the money and certainly do not provide quality service. Be aware of these practices and look for more transparent and honest alternative.
