Everything looked great on paper but Claire did very little for my business and only fulfilled about 30% of the plan set up in our contract. Everytime I asked her if she had done the task we had set up, there was either a delay or she didn't do it at all and found excuses. When I finally fired them they hit me with a two-month cancelation fee which I had missed in the original contract I agreed to. Worst part- I agreed to pay that final amount in two parts but was unable to make the second payment on time so they went ahead, without my permission and charged my credit card.
