We have been working with Phase 3 for over 10 years. They have printed over 500 plaques for our Worldwide Daffodil Project. The creative support and customer service has been fantastic. Recently the number of sites participating in the Daffodil Project has grown significantly and coordinating printing and shipping was becoming an issue for us. This year we started using Phase 3's MediaLink system. It has been great. We have control over the ordering and are provided the tracking information. Using their large shipping account our cost of shipping is much lower. As we continue to grow it's great to have Phase 3/MediaLink as a partner in this effort.

We had the unfortunate experience of being treated poorly when we entered the store while passing by. A woman greeted us, but instead of welcoming us, she immediately asked us to leave. We simply explained that we were walking by, saw the business name, and wanted to take a look at the services they offered. However, in response, she dismissively told us that they were busy and suggested we read the signs on the wall outside if we were curious. Her tone was condescending and her demeanor disrespectful. It is clear that they need to greatly improve their approach towards consumers. I have never felt more disrespected. They treated us as if we randomly barged into their personal home to rob them instead of us entering a business. I don’t trust people who don’t know how to treat people. Do better! I would never recommend them to do anything based upon my experience.
