I was looking for Northampton web design – specifically, someone to rebuild a WordPress website. Right off the bat, Gabe at Radiant Elephant offered valuable insights into where my current site was failing and proposed specific steps to address those issues. He helped me understand his approach and the measurable results I could expect. Gabe was astonishingly fast in responding to all my questions from proposal to delivery. He addressed every issue and request quickly and thoroughly, and his turn-around time on the actual rebuild was amazing. He made suggestions for optimizations and additions I had never thought of but which clearly improve the user experience. I hired Radiant Elephant to handle SEO for my Boston Business. I had worked with other SEO agencies, including some of the leading Boston SEO companies in the past and didn't see results. From the very beginning Gabe's approach was different. His SEO proposal was the most well-rounded and informative SEO audit I've seen. I'm 8 months in and my Google Maps rankings have increased substantially. Organic traffic is up and my AI search visibility is increasing. I'm getting about 75-100 more call a month which is great, but what's even better is that the quality of the leads is getting better. At month 7 I started to see a positive return. Gabe is also just a really nice guy who is patient and explains things very well. I highly recommend Radiant Elephant!

*UPDATE* 2/25: I received a voicemail from Gary this morning. This was the first time ever I’ve been reached out to by this company. Its odd how a bad review will spring someone to action! Gary’s voicemail didn’t apologize for dropping the ball. He acted like I had requested a call minutes before! Either way, if he was aware of this fiasco or not- the fact that their process is unorganized and delayed (at the very least) should not be common practice. Since I made my decision last night not to partner with Tallwave- I will NOT be reaching back out. So any response to this review stating that they called me (after the fact!) is irrelevant. 2/24: I reached out through their online email platform through their website over a week ago and they never called me. I followed up twice this week and still no correspondence. My email and phone number that I provided is correct. No hard feelings on my part- I'm moving on but if they can't reach out to a prospect within a week then naturally I question the quality of their advertised services. In my opinion, I should have at least been given a call back within 24 hours.... even if its a generic call to schedule something in the future, I would be satisficed. Zero stars if possible....This is not how I choose to run my business so I see it as dodging a bullet!

this is my 2 cents: *1- still waiting, proposal it takes forever to get delivered 14 days at least or more. *2- you have to pay them to pitch your idea, they explain, 1st meeting is introduction, the 2nd meeting where you explain your idea its the workshop that you have to pay $$ for. how is that even realistic. *3- being sick is not an excuse to delay work and that what they do. *4- you are lucky if you get straight answer with them. *5- no one answers the phone. excuse (we are moving, new office) i don't get it. i contacted 3 people on that office no one was answering i'm very sure they hire movers to move stuff they don't do the labor. **** excuses it could be all true. but delays and paying to explain what service you need is not acceptable***
